Meet the Staff

Sally

I am our financial and practice manager and have been a member of the Webb Orthodontics team since 1999. I have worked in the medical and dental field most of my life. Our entire team is dedicated to helping our patients and we strive to make sure that our patients have a positive orthodontic experience from start to finish. I have lived in North Carolina since 1990 and have two grown children, Michael and Jaclyn. I enjoy playing tennis and vacationing at the beach.

Janine

I came into the world of orthodontics in 1998. I started my career as an assisstant working hands-on to help achive beautiful smiles. My love of orthodontics and meeting new people led me to my current position as treatment coordinator soon after my husband and I moved to Charlotte in 2009. The best part of my job is helping people to visualize their new smile and the confidence it will bring them. When I'm not welcoming new patients to the office I love spending time with my wonderful husband Anthony, our baby girl Ella, and our doggie children, Sophie and Kingsley.

Shari

I am a patient coordinator and have been with Webb Orthodontics since 1993. Being in this office is really more fun than work. One of the things I have enjoyed the most throughout the years is getting to know our patients and their families during the time they are in treatment and the friendships I have made. I am originally from New England and moved here with my husband, David. We have a son, Sam, and a Chihuahua named Chico. I like running, reading, taking our boat out on the lake, and of course the Boston Red Sox!

Heather

I have been working for Dr. Webb since 2000 as a patient coordinator. In my position I enjoy meeting our patients and families and working in marketing  to keep my creativity alive. My favorite thing about working in orthodontics is getting to share in the experience of our patients, helping them throughout the entire treatment, and seeing how happy they are with their new, beautiful smiles. I am married to Cory, my high school sweetie, and we have two rescued furry babies, Jacques Imo, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, and D'Wayne, a Collie mix. When not working I love traveling, music, event planning, decorating, camping, and spending time with friends and family.

Chelsee

I joined the Webb Orthodontics team in August of 2007 and love being the first face our patients see when they walk through our door. My favorite thing about working at this practice is getting to know my patients and hearing stories about their lives.  We love to smile and laugh as much as we love seeing our patients smile and laugh. Born and raised in the beautiful state of Utah, I moved to Charlotte in 2006  so my husband could attend Wingate School of Pharmacy. I love reading, keeping my home clean, and watching episodes of The West Wing.

Michele

I have worked with Dr. Webb as an assistant since in 1984. Making our patients feel comfortable and satisfied with their smiles is just one of things I love about working in orthodontics. It's also great to work with such a caring group of people. I am a native of Matthews where I live with my husband, Mark, and our kids, Grant and Grace. When I'm not running carpool, I love to vacation at the beach or go shopping with the girls. In my downtime, you might catch me on the tennis court or throwing fetch to our dog, Oreo, in the back yard.

Tracey

I started at the front desk with Webb Orthodontics and now have been assisting for five years. I have been married since 1989 to my husband, Tim. We live in Mint Hill with our daughter, Tori, and son, Mason. I have a huge soft spot for four-legged babies, too. I have three rescues, Sammy Sue, Bubba, and Bella, and two dachshunds named Nana and Miami. I have a passion for sports and can be found at the softball field or hockey rink cheering on my kids.

Karen

I have worked in orthodontics since 1999, taking some time off to raise my family. I'm glad to have been back with Webb Orthodontics. Our patients enjoy coming to us, they know they're going to have a good time at each office visit, because we make it a priority that our patients enjoy their time spent with us. I am married and my husband is a captain for the Charlotte Fire Department. I have two fun loving boys. I enjoy watching my oldest son play football and my youngest son race dirt bikes. I pack up the family camper and chocolate lab, Hershey, to travel for dirt bike races on the weekends. I also enjoy camping at the beach.

Joya

I have been assisting in orthodontics since 2003  and with the Webb Orthodontics team since 2008. You can always hear me singing from down the hall! Our team's top goal is to make sure that all of our patients, regardless of their age, enjoy their time spent with us, and most of all, enjoy sharing their smiles! I live in Indian Trail with my two children, Jadyn and Tyler. I enjoy cheering the kids on at all their soccer matches. To unwind, I enjoy working out and catching rays at the beach, and cheering for my team the Pittsburg Steelers.

Melissa

I am the newest member of the Webb Orthodontics team but I've been in orthodontics since 2000. I truly love working in orthodontics and at this practice in particular. I look forward to interacting with my patients each day, and making sure that all of their needs are met. I am originally a native of Charlotte and have recently bought and renovated a home here. I treasure my  Chihuahua, Isabelle, and my new rescue dog, Joey and take them everywhere I go!  On the weekends my bags are always packed for a road trip or I'm glued to the newest reality TV show.
