Financial and Practice Manager

Sally

Sally is our incredible office manager and has been with Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics Since March, 1999!! She has spent her entire career working in the medical and dental field. She manages the entire office and is responsible for making everything run so smoothly! Her superpowers are helping our patients receive every insurance benefit they have and offering really flexible financial plans to help with orthodontic treatment! She takes great pride in how well respected our practice is and loves being a big part of that success!

Lead Orthodontic Assistant

Michele has earned the right to be called our lead assistant after working for Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics for 38 years!!! She was on Dr. Michael Webb's original ortho team when he started Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics in 1981 and has been an important piece in keeping the clinical standards so high! Her favorite part of her job is seeing former patients now bringing their children in for treatment!

Dental Community, Marketing, and Solutions Coordinator

With 23 years of experience at Webb Ortho (Ah-maz-ing!!), Heather is a wizard at all things “front office administration’. She has become our locally famous Professional Relations Liaison among the dental community! She organizes meetings with our doctors and yours to discuss and coordinate your orthodontic treatment and any upcoming dental procedures. Also—a complete dog FANATIC.

New Patient Coordinator

Christina started at Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics as a dental assistant in the 1990s, moved to Indiana for a few years and worked as an orthodontic treatment coordinator, and then returned to Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics as our New Patient Coordinator! Most staff are either clinical or administrative throughout their career… Not Christina, she’s been both! It’s so valuable that she understands the clinical side, allowing her to effectively communicate to patients, parents, and their dentists as needed.

Lab Coordinator

Brittany

In our high-tech office, Brittany is queen of the tech nerds! She manages our 3D digital lab by engineering and 3D printing our models that have allowed us to get rid of those gooey alginate impressions for good! Brittany won’t even allow us to have the gooey impression materials at our office! She also currently holds the office record for fastest digital scan of a patient, scanning both upper and lower teeth in just 1 minute and 26 seconds!

Cynthia has been a dental assistant for 12 years and is so skilled with our little ones! Try and get her to laugh because her laugh is amazing and contagious!! Her favorite part of her job is watching our patients' confidence grow as their smile gets better and better! Two interesting facts about Cynthia in two seconds: Her family has a pet squirrel and she loves cruises!

Jackie has been taming teeth for the last 4 years and loving it! She’s great at coming up with creative ways for our patients to remember how to wear their rubber bands and her favorite part of orthodontics is handing the mirror to our patients when they get their braces off and letting the emotions take over! She loves being part of this smile dream team!!!! Candi is a total dog person and has 3...She calls her Great Dane her ”Baby Dinosaur”.

Gini is one of the first smiles you’ll see when you walk through our door! She came to us after working for Disney and uses that experience to be the PRINCESS of scheduling appointment times that work for our patients’ busy schedules! She brings the “Be our guest” mentality to the front desk!

Dana is such an important member of the staff “up front” and does a great job of managing and scheduling patients at their convenience! She loves seeing the excitement on our patients’ faces as they begin and finish their treatment. When you see her, give her a big “ROLL TIDE!”
