Dr. Goldsmith believes exceptional orthodontic treatment comes from combining modern technology, clinical expertise and individualized treatment planning with something much simpler: treating every patient as if they were family.
At Webb & Goldsmith Orthodontics, he uses advanced digital orthodontic technology and customized treatment planning to help create treatment that is precise, efficient and designed around each individual patient.
Depending on a patient’s needs, treatment may include Invisalign clear aligners, customized digital braces, 3D scanning and advanced digital treatment planning. Dr. Goldsmith believes the technology is most valuable when it is paired with the clinical judgment and experience of an orthodontic specialist who understands how each patient’s teeth, bite and facial development fit together.
His philosophy is reflected in the words displayed above his office door:
“They put their trust in us, so we have an obligation to give them our best. Every time.”
A Charlotte Orthodontist With Deep Local Roots
For Dr. Goldsmith, orthodontics is both personal and local.
He is a fourth-generation Charlottean, and his family has been part of the Charlotte community for more than a century. His great-grandfather founded Lebo’s, a Charlotte-based family business, in 1923.
Today, Dr. Goldsmith is proud to continue those Charlotte roots while raising his own family here and giving back through several local community organizations.
That connection to the community is an important part of how he practices orthodontics. Many of the patients at Webb & Goldsmith are families he sees around Charlotte every day, and he considers the trust those families place in him a responsibility.
National Recognition
Dr. Goldsmith’s commitment to orthodontics and leadership has earned recognition beyond Charlotte.
In 2026, he was selected for Incisal Edge magazine’s 40 Under 40, a national recognition honoring outstanding young dental professionals who are helping shape the future of their profession.
His selection places him among a nationally recognized group of young leaders in dentistry and reflects his commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, leadership and patient care.
Charlotte Is Home
Dr. Goldsmith’s family has called Charlotte home for four generations, and he is proud to raise the next generation here as well.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, and cheering on the UNC Tar Heels and Carolina Panthers.
Most importantly, he enjoys building long-term relationships with Charlotte families and providing the kind of orthodontic care he would want for his own family.
