Payment

We accept all major credit cards and checks. We also take CareCredit. You can apply directly through CareCredit below. If you’d like to talk about payment plan options, let us know.

Insurance

We are in network with Delta Dental, and we also work with a variety of dental insurance plans. We’re happy to help you with insurance claims paperwork that will affect payment of your orthodontic treatment

Before You Arrive

Take the stress out of your first visit by filling out patient forms before you come to our office. Our treatment coordinator will make sure you know which forms you should fill out, and you can download the necessary forms here.

Your Complimentary Consultation

When you arrive at our office, we’ll offer you a beverage and show you where the game room is. Our treatment coordinator will review your orthodontic needs and take X-rays. Then you’ll meet with one of our doctors, who will talk with you to determine what kind of treatment plan will meet your goals. You’ll leave with confidence about your treatment plan, what it will cost and how long it will take.
