All of our doctors are orthodontists–this means they are specialists that solely perform orthodontic treatment all day, every day. They all attended a 4-year dental school just like your general, family or cosmetic dentist, but were then accepted into an orthodontic residency program where they studied and exclusively treated orthodontic patients with braces and Invisalign for 2-3 additional years under internationally renowned orthodontists.

Dr. Colin Webb loves making people smile and after a few visits with us you’ll see what we mean! He believes in making treatment decisions by combining the most advanced research and technology with his clinical expertise. This allows him to give his patients the most effective results in the most efficient timeframe. Dr. Webb is constantly seeking ways to reduce his patients’ treatment time while at the same time improving their results. Dr. Webb is designated by Align Technologies, Inc (the creators of Invisalign) as a Diamond Plus Invisalign provider. This is the highest distinction attainable and means he is one of the best orthodontists in the country using the Invisalign aligner system and has tons of experience with it. Meet Dr. Jeff Goldsmith
Dr. Jeff Goldsmith is a nationally recognized, board-certified orthodontist and fourth-generation Charlottean with deep roots in the community he serves.
A proud Triple Tar Heel, Dr. Goldsmith earned his undergraduate degree, dental degree, and master’s degree in orthodontics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he trained in one of the country’s most respected orthodontic programs.
In 2026, Dr. Goldsmith was named to Incisal Edge magazine’s prestigious 40 Under 40, earning national recognition as one of the country’s leading young dental specialists. The honor recognizes rising leaders across the country who are helping shape the future of dentistry.
For Dr. Goldsmith, orthodontics is both personal and local. His family has been part of the Charlotte community for generations, including through Lebo’s, a Charlotte-based family business founded by his great-grandfather started in 1923. Today, he is proud to raise his own family here while giving back through several local community organizations.
Dr. Goldsmith believes exceptional orthodontic care comes down to combining modern technology and clinical expertise with something much simpler: treating every patient as if they were family. His approach is reflected in the words displayed above his office door: “They put their trust in us, so we have an obligation to give them our best. Every time.”
Outside the office, Dr. Goldsmith enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, and cheering on the Tar Heels and Carolina Panthers.

Meet Dr. Nicolette Mason
Dr. Niki Mason loves making people feel great about their smile! She takes joy in giving detailed explanations to patients and their families of what to expect during orthodontic treatment. Dr. Mason finds it important for her patients to understand what she is recommending, but especially why. Ensuring patient comfort and trust is her top priority.

Meet Dr. Jamie Martin
Dr. Jamie Martin is a native North Carolinian with split allegiance to Clemson and UNC Chapel Hill after attending undergrad and dental school at each respectively. After completing her orthodontic residency in Wisconsin, she knew she wanted to move back to her home state and to the Queen City. Dr. Martin’s father and grandfather were orthodontists— alignment is in her blood!

Meet Dr. Ryan Gross
Dr. Ryan Gross grew up in northern New Jersey, but decided North Carolina was where he wanted to call home! Dr. Ryan attended the UNC Dental School and fell in love with the Carolinas. There he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with distinction and a Masters in Orthodontics. He can’t wait to help give you the smile of your dreams!

Meet Dr. Stafford Thomas
Dr. Stafford Thomas is thrilled to be back in Charlotte to call it home! After spending time here practicing as a general dentist, he decided to pursue his true passion for moving teeth. He completed his residency training at Saint Louis University, where he honed his skills in creating beautiful smiles.
