Meet Dr. Jeff Goldsmith
Since Dr. Jeff Goldsmith was a teenager, he dreamed of being an orthodontist – he is so excited to be living his dream! Specifically, He finds it thrilling to improve lives, both socially and professionally, by giving children and adults beautiful smiles. Dr. Goldsmith is a 4th-generation Charlottean. Between him and his wife, they have 6 grandparents, all 4 parents, and 4 out of 5 siblings still living in south Charlotte – this community is their home! For fun, Dr. Goldsmith loves playing with his 2 little children, his dog, cheering on the Carolina panthers, and all things Tar Heel!

Meet Dr. Nicolette Mason
Dr. Niki Mason loves making people feel great about their smile! She takes joy in giving detailed explanations to patients and their families of what to expect during orthodontic treatment. Dr. Mason finds it important for her patients to understand what she is recommending, but especially why. Ensuring patient comfort and trust is her top priority.

Meet Dr. Jamie Martin
Dr. Jamie Martin is a native North Carolinian with split allegiance to Clemson and UNC Chapel Hill after attending undergrad and dental school at each respectively. After completing her orthodontic residency in Wisconsin, she knew she wanted to move back to her home state and to the Queen City. Dr. Martin’s father and grandfather were orthodontists— alignment is in her blood!

Meet Dr. Ryan Gross
Dr. Ryan Gross grew up in northern New Jersey, but decided North Carolina was where he wanted to call home! Dr. Ryan attended the UNC Dental School and fell in love with the Carolinas. There he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with distinction and a Masters in Orthodontics. He can’t wait to help give you the smile of your dreams!
